What can I do with the free tier?

Everything except real quantum hardware. You get unlimited access to 7+ high-performance simulators from IBM, IonQ, and AWS — enough for learning, prototyping, and most algorithm development. Hardware execution requires credits.

How do credits work?

One credit equals $1 of hardware execution at the provider's real-world cost-per-shot. A job that would cost $12 to run on IBM Brisbane consumes 12 credits. Simulators are always free and never touch your credit balance. The Composer shows the exact cost in credits before you submit, so there are no surprises.

What's the difference between paying with credits and a subscription?

Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance plus priority queue access and AI features — best for steady use. Credit packs are pay-as-you-go with bulk bonuses (the larger packs include up to 100% extra credits). Mix and match — subscriptions stack with credit packs.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Unused subscription credits don't roll over — pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
